Returns and refunds policy

Partnering with professional governmental entities and world leaders private shipping carriers, we offer fast and reliable worldwide delivery, from our exclusive manufacturers to you.
However, shipping the other way around is more complicated. That’s why we offer nonconventional solutions, aiming to give you more possibilities.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since the day you received your product, unfortunately, we can’t process a return, refund or resend (we offer a tolerance of 1 or 2 days).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items damaged through wear are not eligible for return.
The following products are eligible for refund or returns:
- Base layers
- Jerseys (Sleeveless, short and long sleeve)
- Cycling sets (Jerseys and shorts / bib shorts)
- Bib shorts
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Helmets, gloves, arm and leg warmers, cycling glasses, sports glasses, bags, backpacks, bike bags, bike locks, bike lights, phone bags, air pumps, repair tools, shoe covers, jewelry, gifts and gadgets and gift cards.
If you're not happy with your purchase you might fit one of the following cases:
1. I've received the wrong product, a different size from what I ordered or a damaged product
If you receive the wrong product, a different size from what you ordered, or a damaged product, you are eligible for an instant free resend or full refund after proof.
This apply to all products. In this cases, we require you to send us a picture of what you received, so we can take care of this issue.

2. I received my item in a different colour from what I've ordered.
If you've received your product in a different colour, we offer what may be an easier solution for you.
Instead of returning the item, you may keep it and get a 20% refund or a 20% discount code in case you want to buy your item with the right colour.
3. I've received the right product but I am not satisfied with it (another size might fit me better or I don't like the looks), and I want to return/exchange it.
You can definitely return your product it.
If you are ever unhappy with the items you have received in your order, please contact our customer service FIRST!
Do not return any merchandise to the manufacturer, or to us without first contacting our customer service department.
Our business is registered in the US, but our main warehouse is located in China.If you want to return a product, you need to ship it to China, and we don’t assume the cost of the return.
We are working very hard to handle international returns at an affordable price. Very soon, our American, Canadian, Australian and European customers will be able to returns the products locally. But for now, we only accept returns to China.
As returning your products to China will always cost money to you, we offer another option that we shaped based on previous experiences.Instead of paying to ship the product back, we can instantly send you the right size for a small fee, depending the product:
- £10 for base layers.
- £10 for short sleeve jerseys.
- £20 for long sleeve jerseys.
- £10 for shorts.
- £15 for bib shorts.
- £30 for sets.
You can keep the product you have and give it to a friend or relative. This solution will get the desired product in your hands fast and cheap. Also, you can choose another design.
Shipping it back
If you are not OK with the previous solution, and it’s more convenient for you to ship the product back for a full refund, this are the shipping requirements.

- We'll send you the return address. Package should NOT be sent back to any other address.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
After the refund is successfully issued, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days.
Although you may always be eligible to start a return, we're not able to cancel or refund payments for orders that have already been shipped, since that would result in sending products for free.
If you wish to be reimbursed for a delayed shipment, please contact your respective package delivery company.
